We are looking for Administrative Manager, this role will be responsible for visa processing documents, fleet management, expatriate employee management, on- boarding, off-boarding process, maintaining databases, and liaising with the dormitory management. You may also be required to manage office supplies. To ensure success as an administrative manager, you should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.
Responsibility:
1. Accommodation management for expatriates and employees of subsidiaries. Register housing benefit.
2. Management of commuting vehicles and airport shuttles for expatriates
3. According to the number of domestic and foreign dispatched personnel in each batch, complete the preparation of an entry work permit (work card, tax number, bank card, ID card, etc.)
4. On-site fleet management, vehicle repairs, regular monthly inspections of driving records
5. Office general management, office supplier's management.
6. According to the epidemic prevention policy of the local government department and the entry and exit policy required by the Chinese embassy. Ensure the trip of the expatriate employee arrives in Sweden and back to China.
7. Assistance at the visa application and extension
Qualifications:
a. Language : English, and Chinese, Swedish(Optional)
b. Driving license
c. 5 years secretary or administration experience
d. Proactive, detail-focused, well-interpersonal
