hela Sverige Perido is now looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. This position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
As an Administrative Assistant you will take on a broad and exciting role to support your department and its, processes and workflows. You will have an ever-changing workday that offers various tasks and responsibilities including:
• Provide general administrative and secretarial assistance managing calendar and mailbox, drafting routing correspondence and preparing business travel
• Support projects and organising internal meetings
• Handle coordination between the agency and meeting participants and other stakeholders as well as manage on-site support during events and meetings
• Look after the budget and orders for goods and services
• Back-up and support of other team members as needed
To be successful and enjoy this role you need organisational and administrative skills and an eye for details. You are customer oriented and have an excellent service mindset. Furthermore, ability to work under pressure and manage responsibilities and organise your work well, with a high-level discretion when handling confidential information is essential for this role. We believe that you have a great interest in establishing relationships with team members, colleagues and external resources, a true team player.

Required qualifications
• Post-secondary education
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a multicultural working environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Good numeral skills and experience using spreadsheets, tables of figures and basic financial planning skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Contract type and hours
Full time assignment with start in the beginning of April and ending 2018-12-31.
