• Liaising with experts and VIPs for signatures and information
• Providing basic technical support

• Assisting the administrative team as needed
• Native or business proficiency in English and Swedish
• Degree in Economics
• Working capacity in Russian/Chinese advantageous
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Google Drive, Microsoft Office
• Openness and ability to travel
The Global Challenges Foundation aims to inspire deeper understanding of the most pressing global risks to humanity - and to catalyse new ways of tackling them. Founded in 2012 by the Swedish financial analyst and author Laszlo Szombatfalvy, GCF is based on the belief that global challenges require global solutions and new forms of international cooperation are urgently needed in order to secure acceptable living conditions for future generations. To meet this need, the GCF launched the Global Challenges Prize 2017: A New Shape, aiming to find ideas for new forms of international cooperation.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Term of employment: Fixed-term, 9 months. As this is an immediate opportunity, candidates should already have a permit to work in Sweden that is valid until June 2018. Place of work: Stockholm, with international travel.
