Job Description:
• Main task: manage our media sample room, pack and unpack the goods: such as goods return from media, new products receive from main office in Taiwan, prepare the outgoing samples for marketing department to send out for media review.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
• Sort /distribute mails and packages
• Copy / filing / data registering invoices
• Office environment maintain (Such as coffee machine refill/ clean / kitchen trash bin maintain / refill toilet paper towel)
• Travel arrangements (flights, hotels, cars etc)
• Event support
Qualifications:
• Good communication skills (spoken and written), Swedish and English
• Good at Microsoft office skill, excel and word
• Capable under pressure, good time management -"multi-task"
• Attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and in a team
