• Expatriate staff file management, landing service and visa support
• Actively support management in day-to-day operations
• Coordinate and organize everything to do with LEAD
• Part of important projects and take on a variety of ad-hoc tasks
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure seasonal staffing requirements while controlling staff costs
• Provide competent and professional advice from the international project team
• Coordinating external third-party visa service agencies and partners
What you bring with you:
• High degree of reliability, independence and self-organization
• Initiative and the ability to keep track of things when things get chaotic
• Ideally experience in an international matrix environment
• High level of stress and exercise tolerance
• High degree of empathy, contact and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel necessary
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Swedish, both written and spoken
