https://youtu.be/5lVVtFUHz6AWhat You'll Do The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Points of Sales in their region, ensuring Operations excellence throughout their network. . Sales: 1) Managing the relationships with key accounts, 2) Growing the revenues for each point of sale, 3) Developing new business in the country . Finance: Full P&L responsibility of the group's Sweden subsidiary, implementing and following dashboards, managing costs, reporting the activities to the company's headquarters and conducting periodic business reviews . Quality: Ensuring a very high level of quality throughout the network of stores (food safety and concept quality) . Human resources: 1) Managing the administrative office team and the field team (recruitment, training, motivation, and development), 2) Managing the network of partners, suppliers, and the company's eco-system (recruitment, training, communication) . Project management: Conducting a large-scale deployment of points-of-sales and stores. . Administration: Office management, legal activities, relationships with the subcontractors and advisors, day-to-day management of the subsidiary. . Marketing: Developing and implementing the company's marketing strategy in the country.
Who You Are . At least 8 years of professional experience in fields directly relevant to the job position and responsibilities, such as the Retail and/or food industry . Strong ability to work in a team and to lead a team . Excellent management skills . Concrete experience of managing teams with a variety of profiles and backgrounds, and having full P&L responsibility . Open-mindedness, intellectual curiosity, ability to manage multi-cultural teams . Great sense of autonomy while being able to report concisely the state of the business . Entrepreneurial, creative spirit and extreme motivation to join a fast growing, young company in a multicultural environment . Languages: Swedish and English. Knowledge of additional languages are advantageous . The position is based in Stockholm
