hela Sverige A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. You'll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.
As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
In your role as Office coordinator your main responsibilities will be to provide internal service and support our employees in Stockholm with alternate administrative tasks. You will, among other things, print and handle documents and reports, refill and order office supplies, arrange celebrations, manage reports and archive.
You will have a social role in which a prestige-less approach and service mindedness go hand in hand. Your days will be varied and eventful where routine work is mixed with "ad-hoc" tasks. The service also includes its own areas of responsibility where you can contribute to the content and your own development.
We are looking for someone who wants to acquire meritorious work experience and get a good foundation for starting your career. If you have work experience of service-related professions, it is meritorious but not a requirement.
As a person, you are curious, take own initiative and have a prestige-less and accurate approach. You handle stressful situations well. You have a good ability to quickly shift focus and handle many parallel tasks and at the same time you are able to see the organization as a whole. Being outgoing and able to handle different types of people are important aspects of the role.
