hela Sverige We are looking for an "admin wizard" to be a part of R&D Propulsion, which is a department with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers' expectations.

Polestar is blazing a new trail, dedicating ourselves to the development and refinement of electric vehicle performance. Your experience as an Administrative Support Specialist would be invaluable to support the Propulsion department.

What you'll do
Propulsion is a part of the Polestar R&D, is a department with a mission to deliver results which exceed the customers' expectations. The department is under growth and we are developing our own technical portfolio. The area of responsibility spans from battery management software, inverter software and electric motor calibration, and charger software together and electric motor and drive system design.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Automating our processes and approval flows
• Support budget accounting and monitoring our ongoing programs
• Support the managers with approval processes and educations
• Manage flow in our approval processes, coordinating with finance and purchasing
• Keeping track of our business plan, staffing and programs
• Support with technical presentations, townhalls and managing events
Essentially, you will be our expert in automating processes, keeping track of the department health and using new innovative tools to help us in our planning.
Who you are
You have a strong will to create the future of electric vehicles - it's probably fair to call you an EV nerd passionate about solving climate changes. You are enthusiastic, motivated, well-organized and driven. You're not afraid to try new approaches and out of the box methods. You are eager to find solutions even if the path forward is not straight. You are talented in various programs like Office (Excel) and other tools. You are a good collaborator with good presentation skills. You are good with numbers and have no trouble finding facts and figures. Previous experience in this area is an advantage.
At Polestar, you will be a part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication.
