Talangjägarna seeking on behalf of clients an English speaking administrative assistant. Customers company that you will work on operating in a very international environment and is in very representative offices in Stockholm.

This job starts asap - tentatively on monday 9/12 and then last full-time in 3 weeks.

Duties:
• Assisting with the organization of internal and external communications
• Administering programme related documents and ensuring their correct distribution, including processing cooperation agreements and project contracts;
• Organising, scheduling and supporting internal and/or external meetings for the two programmes;
• Providing logistical support related to travel, including arranging flights, booking hotels, checking and processing travel claims, etc;
• Preparing and processing contracts and agreements under customers procurement policy, including processing payment requests in liaison with Finance and with consultants;
• Checking and processing incoming invoices related to the two programmes;
• Providing administrative support to the Regional Director for Asia and the Pacific and to the Interim Manager WANA;
• Updating and maintaining the WANA and the Asia and the Pacific Regional Programmes? pages on customers intranet

Your profile
High School Diploma required. University degree in Political Science, Law, Social Science, Sociology, Development Studies or other relevant discipline an asset. Relevant experience working within or related to the field of democracy support and/or governance, and preferably within international organizations, is considered an asset.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, internet and web search tools
