hela Sverige Job Summary:This OSS/BSS customer development program covers analysis, implementation, testing, integration, deployment and maintenance of new customer business requirements. Those are implemented by adding business logic on Ericsson products. Maintenance and development teams uses both waterfall and agile methodologies with DevOps automation practices. The applicant is expected to have few years of experience on SW development and maintenance with agile practices, be eager to learn new things and be comfortable on communicating both developers as well as management stakeholders, up to CTO/CIO level. Job description:- Lead an OSS/BSS development and maintenance project with on-shore and off-shore teams- Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are delivered according to specifications. This includes developing, managing, and administering service management best practices.- Organizes and maintains the regular governance process with both the customer and internal stakeholders which covers:Review outstanding actions from previous ReviewsCurrent PerformanceReviews Service Levels and targetsReviews underpinning agreements and OLAs as necessaryAgree with appropriate actions to maintain / improve Service Levels- Lead the customer new requirement work together with the solution architects- Be the coach for the customer engagement, which include for example following:Help custmer Product Owners to prioritise and manage the requirement backlogRegularly ptimise the E2E solution development and maintenance flow jointly with customer department headEnsure cntinuous improvement through retrospectives with other coach(es)Imprve the Agile and DevOps practices- Share and listen experiences from other customer programs for mutual improvements- Lean / Agile / DevOps enthusiasm will help to carry out the work Line manager is a secondary role of this position.
