About the Assignment
You will join an Intelligent Drive organization focused on launching ADAS functions to the European automotive market. In this role, you will lead ADAS vehicle projects end-to-end together with a validation team, ensuring plans, activities and deliveries meet market expectations. The work is cross-functional and includes close collaboration with colleagues in both Europe and China.
Job DescriptionLead or co-lead ADAS vehicle projects together with a Chinese counterpart
Follow up vehicle project deliveries and report status to stakeholders in Europe and/or China
Plan and drive project activities such as timing, risk management, milestones and budget follow-up
Manage test vehicles and their usage in the project
Coordinate test partner activities including sourcing, issue handling and planning
Requirements5 7 years of experience in the automotive industry
3 5 years of experience within ADAS
Valid Swedish drivers license
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of SystemWeaver
Nice to haveExperience working in cross-cultural setups with distributed teams
