We are on the lookout for top-notch software and system engineers to join our Autonomous Drive leading team. You will build the extensible system, architecture and platform foreseeing the full potential of Autonomous Mobility services of the future. At CEVT we will build an eco-system based on our key partnerships and research projects to be on the front end of the Autonomous Drive in the Geely family and in the world.
You will become an impactful player on a team of collaborative people with deep knowledge in various domains, such as, but not limited to, distributed systems, Functional Safety, SOTIF, Machine Learning, vehicle architecture, cloud-based AI solutions, embedded systems, Big data analysis and SW, passive safety and ADAS/AD function. As our AD Specialist, you will be based in Lindholmen, Gothenburg, but you will collaborate on a daily basis with the engineering teams in Sweden and China.
This is what you will do most of the time:
• Provide technical leadership, influence and partner with fellow engineers to architect, design, test and simulation to prepare and build the tools and infrastructure required.
• Requirement management activities: design, specify, break down, review and discuss with function owners, attribute leaders, system owners and suppliers.
• Secure and follow up the realization of the functions, the integration in architecture, the system design, the implementation and the verification.
• Verification, validation, simulation and virtual test planning and support.
• Secure the safety and security of the complete vehicle, which requires not only ISO26262 knowledge but also overall safety thinking to secure that Self-driving vehicles are accepted by society as an improvement to human drivers.
• Provide technical lead in Advance Engineering projects to research on new technology.
You and your skills

We also see that you have experience and interest in leadership as well as strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Minimum M.Sc. Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar,
• Solid experience in the Automotive industry and have led projects before,
• Solid experience in several of the following areas: ADAS/AD, Artificial intelligence, Smart Perception system, virtual verification and virtual simulation,
• Proven leadership experience.
• Knowledge in Big Data.
• Knowledge in the ISO26262 automotive standard.
• Experience in A-SPICE is an advantage.
• Experience in SOTIF is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Driver's License category B.
