Stena Line Onboard Services is a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavica. With the overall responsibility to create economy of scales and development on global level to achieve overall regional profitability and customer satisfaction, manly within Retail, Food and Beverege.
Stena Line Onboard Services procure and source all onboard products through the purchasing company in Malmö. In addition to the Stena Line fleet and border shops ashore we supply retail and food products to a number of external customers.
In the end, we support all our vessels with their onboard sales and services by ensuring they have the right products to deliver on our concepts. We are located in Malmö where about 40 out of the 70 employees work. We operate mainly in Europe with offices/hubs in Gothenburg, Gdynia, Rostock, Hoek and Holyhead.
As an Activity Leader you will lead cross functional activities and act as a coordinator. To maximise the commercial offer you will support and align functional processes between product development, purchasing, data maintenance and logistics, making sure we work in a clear, precise way. You will also work to increase and develop our work-place when it comes to well-being and health initiatives.
A great deal of this role has to do with internal communication, since you are responsible for communicating relevant information to our different stakeholders in a complex set-up. You lead the business plan process and coordinate service level agreements, informing the organization on such.
Who are you?
You have worked with similar tasks and are motivated by being in the center of things! We want someone with a big interest in digital development and tools, who takes own initiatives and has a high drive. We believe you have university degree or equivalent work experience, used to working with MS Office and are fluent in Swedish as well as English. You are goal oriented, commercial and like to work with people.
