ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you the manager taking the B2B Billing team to meet the future?
This group within IT Core Services - Billing & Mediation is responsible for B2B Billing systems. You will be the person leading this group in maintaining a secure and stable IT operations for B2B Billing and taking the team further to a future of many opportunities.
The position is an acting role from January 2023 to November 2023.
The role combines managerial responsibilities for employees and consultants and working with the team's strategical development based on insight driven decisions in parallel with ensuring reliable daily operations. In this role you will have responsibilities including staff, performance and delivery measurements, as well as budget responsibility for the area. Your responsibilities include:
Being an active part of the leadership team of IT Billing & Mediation
Managing employees and consultants for the area of responsibility
Developing the way of working and culture to create open, trustful and empowered teams
Responsibility for strategic and operational plan as well as delivery results for the unit
Responsibility for the budget of the unit.

To be successful in this role we think that you have:
Experience of IT development in an agile and fast-moving surrounding
Knowledge of B2B Operator/Integrator Business
Knowledge of Billing and/or Finance ERP
Knowledge of Business Intelligence
Management and/or Leadership experience with personnel responsibility in some form (formal or informal)
Experience of P/L and budget
A growth mindset eager to learn and ready to evolve our future.
