The Job
We are looking for a performance-driving enthusiast who is passionate about relentlessly driving and improving the many ways people can discover and join Rebtel. That means being responsible for:
Online acquisition (customer intake) in affiliate channels, direct deals and new channels
Channel innovation and the development of new intake methods
Acquisition campaigns towards a defined set of destination clusters ( for example North Africa and Middle East)
Revenue growth through customer intake in two dimensions; in designated online channels and destinations, as per above. Specifically this means:
Analyze the potential customer corridors and define the right channel/message/tools-mix for each one of them
Campaign set up, tracking and optimization
Outsourcing and partnering for designated channels
You will also:
Feed learnings and support the pricing and packaging work taking place in sister department
Take part in integrated marketing campaigns with related departments (Customer, Marketing, Product, BI)
Your report to our Head of Acquisition and Customer
Your profile
We think you have at least 3 years of experience from online acquisition in its broadest sense, web and mobile. You have a passion for intake driven growth and you can combine structure with innovation. You are a hands on person who ?makes things happen? with a business perspective at all times.
