We are now looking for an Acquisition Analysts to strengthen our Business Development team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Acquisition Analysts you will work in the Business Development team, a part of the New Business Department. You will work with stakeholders from every part of the Axis organization and operate as an integral part of each phase in acquisition projects. Job responsibilities center on conducting in-depth analyses to support projects. This includes market research, financial modeling, competition analysis, and strategy development. You could also be selected to manage post acquisition integrations.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Excellent understanding of the industry and market dynamics
• Maintain and develop good business relations with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify gaps and analyze potential targets
• Provide in-depth economic and financial insights
• Be involved in all phases of the acquisition processes
• Analyze and conclude findings from Due Diligence
• Be involved in or manage post acquisitions integration
The position requires more than 40 days of travelling.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As an Acquisition Analysts it is important to enjoy researching and analyze information to create presentations and reports that are informative and concise. You must have experience from valuations and financial models.
We believe you are an open minded and socially skilled individual who is always open to colleagues and stakeholders. You have excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. We believe that you have the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You have a structured way of solving and attacking tasks and issues, yet a flexible mindset, enjoy high pace and open to change.
Furthermore we believe you have:
• An academic degree and minimum of 2 years of work experience within valuations, investment banking, consulting or other equivalent experience
• Experience from all phases of more than one acquisition
• Proven success from post-acquisition integrations
• Excellent understanding of business and market dynamics
• Interest and knowledge in technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
THE NEW BUSINESS TEAM
The New Business team is responsible for driving and evaluating new business ideas from a technical and a commercial perspective, and product development to offer customers the best products on the market. The team has market oriented business development resources as well as product development resources. The team's focus is on ideas outside Axis current focus on Network Video. The ambition is to leverage on Axis existing expertise and capacity which will require a flexible and open co-operation with R&D and other departments.
