To reinforce our Cosmetic development team, we are looking for an experienced product developer who has a passion for skin care products, and that will actively drive the future development of our skincare portfolio.
In your work in our Research & Development department, you will be responsible for the formulation development of skin care products, from idea generation all the way to industrialization, claim substantiation and give technical product presentations. In your daily work you source, evaluate and determine the choice of raw materials, plan and conduct laboratory development and evaluate and document the product's characteristics according to internal and EU legal requirements. Work is conducted mostly in projects in an international environment in close collaboration with external laboratories and suppliers as well as departments within the company, such as marketing, packaging and supply chain.
As product developer, you report to the manager Cosmetics Development.
You have a solid background and experience from the cosmetics area, including a technical university education, preferably cosmetics chemistry or similar, and several years of experience in the product development of skin care products.
As a person you are independent, creative, flexible and accurate. We value your ability to organize your work and express yourself in speech and writing. Company language is English.
