hela Sverige For our client ACE European Group that provides tailored property and casualty, accident and health and personal lines insurance solutions we're seeking a Credit Control Team Leader for the Nordic Countries for their Stockholm offices.

The job will preferably start immediately with regards to notice. The position is permanent and you are employed directly by the customer. The position is full time.
For this position, you need to be fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. You also need to understand Danish and Norwegian, as to the understanding of Finnish; it is seen as a merit but not as a requirement.
You will need good time management skills and to be able to prioritize in stressful situations.
ROLE PURPOSE
Your job is to manage a team which is responsible of the timely collection and allocation of money. You will collaborate with all ACE departments, brokers, insurance co and external suppliers to insure the collection of premiums.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of a team of Credit Controllers based with our outsourcing partners in India and Romania.
• Establishing appropriate targets around service levels in conjunction with Credit Control Management.
• Setting monthly targets for individuals in respect of overdue debt, unapplied and unallocated cash levels and provide an overall plan for the cluster.
• Review processes and productivity on a regular basis in order to indentify efficiency gains within the team.
Implement process improvements.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to the same throughout the team and keep those up to date.
• To act as an escalation point to resolve issues relating to Credit Control processes.
• Liaise with local brokers and underwriters to ensure premiums are collected on a timely basis.
• Act as a referral point to internal and external stakeholders, such as underwriters, claims, processing teams and third parties.
• Regular reporting to the European Credit Control Manager.
