Join Scania Financial Processes Centre (SFPC), an established Shared Service Centre within Scania, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Södertälje. Work cross-functionally with diverse teams and countries, contributing to the development and growth of Scania's complete and sustainable transport solutions.
Responsibilities:
Harmonize and standardize processes, optimizing them from end-to-end through cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Objectives for Process Improvement (OPI) are aligned with business goals.
Participate in projects, work groups, and ad-hoc assignments.
Track and measure KPIs/OPIs, ensuring priorities are controlled by GAP.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experienced in Agile and Lean methods, with a drive for change.
Highly organized, able to work independently, and take initiative.
Experience in Process Improvement.
Communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
Proficiency in data analysis using tools like QlikView, Power BI, or similar.
Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is advantageous.
