Our customer is a leading international technology provider with a long tradition. Their office is located in Liljeholmen, Stockholm.
Worktasks
Our customer is now looking for an Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Accountant to back-up their team during a limited time-period. You will interact with the accounting service centre in order to ensure the balances and fulfilment of the accounting with responsibility of the areas mentioned down below.
Accounts Receivable:
Maintenance and monthly book-closing
Invoicing customer projects
Keeping track of and booking of incoming orders for the Group
Revenue backlog reconciliation and reporting
Reconciliations of balance sheet accounts & book-closing related tasks
Accounts Payable:
Transfer scanned invoices to accounting service centre
Cost distribute supplier invoices
Align with the organization and accounting service centre for the vendor invoicing management process in SAP
Maintain and improve the Purchase to Pay process and Expense claims process
You will also support Project Accounting with configuration of customer projects and projects budgets, revenue and cost recognition for customer projects, follow up and monitor customer project budgets during month and report back to project managers, analyse deviations between actual outcome compared to initial budget and forecasts etc.

Your profile
Previous experience of accounts receivable/accounts payable/project accounting duties tasks is essential
Ability to see both the whole picture and the details
Service minded, driven, high integrity
Independent and able to take initiative
Good English, both spoken and written
Good experiences in Excel
Experiences from SAP ECC6.0 is an advantage
