The position entails:
Managing the accounts payable function, including completing the month end reporting.
Punctually and accurately processing invoices, ensure accurate coding and approval for payments.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure that supplier queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Ensuring that invoices and payments are correctly signed off according to authorization matrix and ensuring compliance with the AP process.
Dealing with all client queries and requests.
Prepare and enter invoices into the AP ledger and process all payments.
Ad hoc administration as required.
Always perform the tasks in compliance with Internal Guidelines.
The successful candidate have a high school or secondary school graduation and typically 4 or more years related experience, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. He or she has experience within accounts payable and a good understanding of the invoicing process.We're seeking someone with a good knowledge of Excel and Word and that is fluent in Swedish and English. Our candidate also has to be able to perform under stress.
The position is a one year temporary position.
