hela Sverige Philips Nordic is now looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist. As an Accounts Payable Specialist you are ensuring the correct execution of the Accounts Payable process. You are responsible for creating and maintaining clear communication channels with the business and the third party service provider. In addition to your role you will be driver or co-driver of various improvement projects.
The successful candidate has a thorough understanding of accounting and is able to communicate to all levels in the organization. You have a business sense and want to understand the business you are servicing. You are part of the service organization Finance & Operations in Philips and reporting to Finance Operations Manager. You will be based out of the Nordic headquarter in Kista.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Monitor the execution of the entire P2P process
Manage and coordinate the local accounts payable and expenses activities
Helpdesk for P2P related questions of Infosys or local organizations
Deliver relevant information for proper execution of the process by Infosys
Provide reporting to the local organization
Initiate and participate in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the P2P process.
Job requirements
University degree in finance or equivalent
5 years of experience in finance ideally as a service provider
Thorough knowledge of the accounts payable process
Solid knowledge in SAP
Excellent skills in Excel
Knowledge of the Swedish local tax law
Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language
Experience from working in a larger international company
Proactive and communicative personality.
