About the position
Perido is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to our client; a multicultural company with people working for them from all over the world, something that creates benefits in form of varied knowledge and different experiences. To achieve this, they set a high value on their staff and technologies. You will work from the office in Kista, just outside of Stockholm city.
Your daily tasks
In this position you ensure timely and correct posting/payment of vendor invoices and internally travel expenses in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and appropriate verification of expense.
Job Scope:
Be involved in different projects connected to the finance department
Monthly closing procedure
Your key accountabilities:
Support Shared Service Center in Romania for them to be able to post invoices timely and correct in alignment with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and tax regulations
Support local employees in settlement of travel expenses
Eliminate open items
Monthly closing activities
Manual bank payments and related postings
Travel expense- and company card administration
Develop and improve existing ways of working
Your qualifications
For this position you need to be a structured, accurate and organized person. You are flexible and easy to communicate with, as well as co-operative. You have a professional approach, and a strong sense of responsibility. Furthermore, we believe that you can work proactive and that you are analytical driven. Your self-control and empowerment will help you succeed in this assignment!

Requirements
College degree in accounting or equivalent level of accounting qualification
At least 3 years' recent experience from similar job in an international company
Easy to adapt new systems
Experience from working with SAP (FI module)
Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Deep knowledge of handling of VAT and deductible/non-deductible cost and in the Nordic countries
Experience of managing larger data in Excel (vlookup and pivot functions)
Fluent communication skills in English & Swedish, spoken and written
Contract type and hours
Full time position. Consulting assignment for 6 months, until the mid of September 2022. Start as soon as possible.
