Your mission
In this position, you handle the daily work within the accounts payable process. In addition to preparing, verifying, registering and coding supplier invoices, your duties include controlling of accounting and reporting of financial information and matching invoices with purchase orders and receipt confirmations. You also work with annual reports, netting accrual and making payment files. Furthermore, you ensure a quality delivery of our services and support your team colleagues when necessary.
The location for this position is Järfälla.
Your character
We're looking for someone with experience of working as an Accounts Payable Specialist or a similar position. You either have a university degree in a relevant field or several years of work experience. A good understanding of accounting and reporting is essential for this job and if you also have knowledge of systems such as Aurora and Basware, that's a plus. As we act in a global environment, you're skilled in English and Swedish, both in written and verbal form.
We're fascinated by your passion and personality! You're self-motivated, proactive and show a high level of accuracy and a structured way of working. You work well in a group, are good at meeting deadlines and make sure the job gets done. With excellent communication skills, you connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and feel comfortable with collaboration both internally and externally.
