In this role, your main responsibilities will be a hybrid setup of 50% in two roles which results in a fulltime. You will work 50% within the two first bullet points below and 50% in the last two bullet points.
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinator and collector of data from KAM, Program Manager and Delivery Leads so Financial Control can do the right invoicing to customers
• Responsible of securing proof of performance is carried out on the customer side
• Responsible for the Accounts Payable process within Finance, but back-up from Financial Control when needed
• Improve Accounts Payable processes when needed and adjust according to changes in policies
This role is a consultancy assignment through Adecco for 6 months, with a possibility for permanent employment for the right person.
About you
To be suitable for the role we see that you have previous experience of Accounts Payable and feel comfortable in the abovementioned tasks. As a person we see that you are organized, administrative and love to work in a growing organization. It 's important that you are comfortable with both Swedish and English in a work setting.
