Duties
Our accounting team works with sales and production companies located both in Sweden and in the rest of Europe. To ensure high quality in our flows, we communicate with the local organizations and support each other.
Examples of tasks are;
Ensure that incoming invoices are reviewed,
send invoices to the business for review and accounting activities,
prepare and repay deposits and payments,
maintenance of accounts,
reconciliation work at monthly closing,
development of processes and investigations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with at least one or a few years of experience from corresponding tasks. You need knowledge of English because we have daily contact with colleagues and suppliers around the world. If you have knowledge of German or French, it is considered a merit.
As a person, you are flexible, thorough and have good social skills. As the tempo is high at times, you have the ability to prioritize what is important. You are a team player who contributes to the good atmosphere at work, mindful of details and enjoy working towards deadlines.
