Accounts Payable Manager
Our Accounts Payable team is part of our Finance Shared Services organization and as Manager you will be managing a team of accounts payable assistants and leading the Accounts Payable function, reporting to Finance Director Accounting & Reporting. As Accounts Payable Manager you are ensuring that all invoices submitted are processed and paid in a timely manner. In this role you are responsible for monitoring and developing effective communication with suppliers and purchasing department to ensure that invoice related queries are managed efficiently whilst always providing a high level of customer service. You will be ensuring policies, procedures and quality targets within your area are implemented and maintained. We are looking for a leader to both support and develop our team as well as driving process improvements across all areas of payments.
Main focus in your role
- Responsibility of the accounts payable processes and operations.
- Lead, support and develop the members of the team.
- Drive process improvements across all areas of payments.
- Maintain and develop effective communication with suppliers and purchasing department.

- Proven leadership experience, with ability to motivate and develop the team.
