hela Sverige As the Accounting Assistant you'll be working in our Accounts Payable team and report to our Accounting manager. Your main mission will be to processing supplier invoices for payment, which entail receiving, processing and verifying invoices. You'll ensure that we've received proper documentation and authorization. You'll review vendor account statements and follow up on outstanding invoices. Additionally, you'll maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting accounting transitions

If you have experience working in a larger organization within the business sector we see that as a great advantage
We also believe that you have a degree in finance either on a secondary school level with a few years' experience within accounting and/or from the university and previous experience from similar assignments. To be able to take ownership of this role you also need excellent knowledge within Excel. It is also important that you know both Swedish and English, both written and orally. It's merited if you have previous experience with Movex and Basewar
