Finance's contribution to the organization is to processing transaction, manage the credit control procedures and manage control of the cash flow and foreign currency exposure. As the Accounts Payable Accountant you will report to the Accounts Receivable and Payable Manager and be located in Gothenburg.
Your role
Your mission as Accounts Payable Accountant is to provide high service to our suppliers and internal providers. Your main tasks will be scanning, booking and payment of supplier invoices. You will process all reminders and collection from suppliers and ensure correct and updated accounts payables the production system. You will also follow up on utilizing of credit supplier invoices.
Your background
You have a secondary school degree and 3-5 years experience in a similar position. Another requirement is proficient English spoken and written and that you are communicative. You have a strong ability to co-operate and communicate and have an analytical and structured way of working. You also have basic knowledge about bookkeeping. Experience from the logistic business is preferred. Also experience from the invoice processing system BasWare is preferred since you will be Super User for it.
