ABOUT THE ROLE
You will report to Henrik Nordin, Accounts Payable and Commission manager, and be a part of a team of 12 great colleagues. The Accounts Payable department is responsible for making payments to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices, and recording the company's short-term debts. This department is vital for the smooth functioning of our business entity.
You will support the team with day-to-day transactions, invoice processing, processing of payments, maintaining vendor accounts to ensure that these are accurate and kept up to date and dealing with any queries that may arise. You will also assist with- and ensure successful quarterly and year end audits in areas related to accounts payable and ensure that corporate policies are maintained within the accounts payable.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a highly motivated Accounts Payable Accountant.
To succeed in this role we believe that you are:
• An ambitious fast learner and go getter that are in the beginning of your career in Finance
• Newly graduated (0-2 years) from an education within Finance/Business Administration or a related field
• Preferably but not mandatory experienced from working in any finance/accounting function and have worked in finance applications (P2P, ERP, CRM systems etc.)
• A team player with high level of energy and enthusiasm to work in a fast-moving business and are able to work well with others in a team environment.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with knowledge of Excel.

The position is situated in Tele2 head office in Kista outside Stockholm with flexibility to work parts of the week from elsewhere (hybrid). It 's a fulltime, permanent role with start date as soon as possible.
