The Accounting Solution team leads and delivers in cross-functional projects together with colleagues from Sales, Logistics and Accounting Offices across the world. We drive our work forward in close collaboration with IT to succeed in H&M Group 's Business development initiatives.
The team is responsible for development of lean processes and efficient change management for new ways of working. We ensure that H&M Group can handle all business initiatives in a legal compliant way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. Now we are looking for accounting specialists to join our team.
Your responsibilities
* Act as an efficient business partner to various functions such as Sales, Logistics, New business.
* Lead and drive accounting expertise in projects initiated in the group to continue to develop our costumer offer.
* Develop and influence our global accounting processes and ensure best practice.
* Ensure that new processes and system development is implemented and communicated towards the Local organizations.
Your skills
You have a degree within Business Administration & Economics and 8-10 years working experience from audit/accounting. You are fluent in English, both in speech and writing and you have good MS office skills. Experience from projects is required and you also have experience from working with processes and projects regarding system solutions.

You are analytical and have a strong ability to plan, execute and prioritize. You have a genuine interest of working within accounting, projects and process/system solutions. You are skilled within communication and like to involve yourself in discussions with people from other functions or cultures.
We offer
We offer a challenging role with the opportunity to influence the ways of working within Global Accounting. You will be given a lot of responsibility from day 1 and you will be working in a team together with experienced accounting experts. The position is full time position based in Marievik, Stockholm Sweden.
