Finance Services at Ingka AB provide accounting and treasury services to Ingka Group companies in Sweden and is our central finance function. We are now looking for an Accounting Specialist/Financial controller to join our team.
We believe you have a structured way of working and enjoy going into details without losing the big picture. You are a communicator with capacity to influence decisions and create energy and commitment. We also believe you can navigate and perform in a changing environment. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field
• Few years of experience with increased responsibility within the area of financial controlling, accounting or finance related field. Experience within this field from IKEA is considered an advantage
• Ability to communicate confidently and clearly in both Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of Excel, as this is a requirement. Experience from different financial systems is an advantage
• If you have knowledge within the field of fixed assets this is considered an advantage.
Your responsibilities
In this position you:
• Together with your colleagues - will have the overall accounting responsibility for Swedish Ingka group companies
• Will work closely together with your colleagues in our Accounting & Reporting team to ensure relevant, complete, accurate and timely Accounting and Financial and Management reporting based on standard global frameworks and local legal requirements and maintaining effective internal controls
• Support and educate the business with setting up and maintaining the financial structures to cost follow-up, performance, budget and support decision making
• Support an efficient and effective cost recharging process (calculation, recharging, agreements etc)

You will be joining Finance Services at Ingka AB. Ingka AB offer shared services and expertise related to Finance, Risk and Compliance, Legal, HR, Facilities and Meeting. Our services should always create additional value and enable Ingka companies to focus on their core business. This is our contribution to IKEA's success and to a better everyday life for the many people.
Finance Services is the central Finance function within accounting and provides a wide range of finance and treasury related services to Ingka Group companies in Sweden. We are about 40 co-workers within the function and together we support our customers in accounting, liquidity management, customer- and supplier invoices. We also support the many IKEA co-workers in various financial systems.
