Jeppesen's Finance team is looking for an Accounting Services Specialist. The Finance Team consists of seven members and the role as Accounting Services Specialist includes a wide variety of tasks and activities such as, for example, processing of sales invoices, intercompany billing and controlling of expense sheets.

Other activities included in the role are to contact customers regarding overdue accounts (AR role) and prepare aged debt reports in a timely and accurate manner. In addition the role will also cover more basic general ledger activities including reconciliations and journal posting in both sub- and general ledger. Some tasks in the Accounts Payable area will also be part of the role description and the Accounting Services Specialist should be able to cover for the Accounts Payable role when needed (holiday etc).

The person we are looking for should ideally have finished high school or secondary school ("Gymnasium") and in addition have either a university or a professional degree ("Yrkeshögskola") or the equivalent working experience. Good knowledge of English is essential as is a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packet, specially Excel. The candidate should also be able to work towards tight deadlines, have excellent numerical skills, being flexible, dynamic, and a highly motivated individual.
