We are organized as an international shared service center with the mission to deliver cost effective and value adding services to the Business Divisions and staff functions within Vattenfall. • Treasury Service
• Control Services / Process & System Development
We are working towards providing standard services with standard interfaces and are responsible for process- & system development in our area. In total we are app. 530 employees working in 16 locations. Currently we are in the phase of implementing a new cross boarder functional organization.
Finance & Accounting Services serves around 300 companies in Vattenfall using SAP as their Business IT system. Finance & Accounting Services have an important role to ensure that our processes and SAP landscape supports the Vattenfall Business in the most efficient way.
Control Services/Process & System Development is the coordinating team within
Finance & Accounting Services and we are now recruiting an Accounting & SAP Specialist.
Job description / Responsibilities
• Process and SAP specialist - develop the SAP landscape to support our Accounting processes.
• Coordinate SAP development in the area of Accounting (incl. Fixed Asset Accounting) together with Business and IT.
• Participate in, and lead, projects and initiatives within Finance & Accounting with focus on SAP.
• Participate in projects and initiatives within Group as a representative from Finance & Accounting with focus on SAP.
• Coordinate Master Data Management set up, new companies, migration etc.
We are looking for a person with a higher education within Accounting, IT, Business and/or Financial control. You have at least five years of work experience. You have good skills in SAP and experience of project management and/or cross-organisational deliveries. Furthermore you have good knowledge of the overall finance process. You need to be fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written).
As a person you have a strong urge and determination to carry out improvement and efficiency work. You have the ability to lead, deliver and communicate in a business with many stakeholders. This requires good communicative skills and a talent to build trust and confidence.
We think that you have high analytical skills - seeing the whole but also details, in a structured way of working. It is also important with good cooperation skills - you are a good team player in cross-functional relationships and projects.
The position is located in Uppsala, and we hope that you can join us as soon as possible. The position requires some travelling.
