Publiceringsdatum2013-02-08Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are now recruiting an Accounting Manager for Straumann, located in Gothenburg. In this role you will lead the Accounting department, consisting of 3 Accountants with full balance sheet responsibilities for SE, NO, SF and DK and one Manufacturing site. The role also includes ensuring compliance within Nordic, cooperation with department managers and corporate staff to develop planning and budget plans. You will also oversee monthly close process and be responsible for direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
Main activities
• Manage and supervise daily operation of Accounting team for Nordic Countries
• Responsible for compliance and following statutory and internal rules and procedures in Nordic
• Responsible for Monthly closing process including accuracy and timeless for Nordic
• Participate and own specified processes in budget and planning cycle
• Development of policies and procedures
• Oversee interim and year end close and accountable for meeting deadline and reporting requirements
Vem är du?
We need a person with minimum 10 years' experience from Accounting and minimum 5 years from leading an Accounting team. Furthermore, you have several years of experience from an international company and from working on a Nordic basis. You have a good understanding from local GAP as well as IFRS GAP. If you have previous experience from working in SAP this is an advantage as well as experience from Business Warehouse. Advanced experience in MS Office is a requirement particularly in Excel. Experience of working in a matrix organisation is an advantage.

You need to have good analysis skills, and use of working in an environment where it's good to have high integrity. It's good if you are a pro-active and self-initiative personality with a can-do attitude as well as a good team player.
