Presentation
On behalf of one of our clients, a large, international company in the centre of Stockholm, we are currently looking for an Accounting manager. The position is an interim assignment during four months, starting as soon as possible.
You will be part of a young and dynamic company with ambitious growth rate.You will work in a small but focused team, in a friendly and flexible working environment and report to the Finance Director Nordics.

Publiceringsdatum2013-01-25Dina arbetsuppgifterIn your roll as accounting manager you will have the responsibility for running tasks related to management of the accounting team and accounting books for six subsidaries in Scandinavia. You are the key person for preparation of tax returns and annual reports and are the main contact for tax advisors and auditors. Further your main tasks are:
• daily management of team of four people
• responsibility for accounting for five subsidaries
• preparation and revision of tax accounts
• reconciliation of accounts
• preparation of Annual reports with tax advisors / auditors
• bank approvals / management of corporate bank users
• responsibility for chart of Accounts adjustments
• maintaining the working procedures for the Accounting department
• internal control related task within the scope
• monthly closing task - opening / closing periods; accounts controls; VAT control; last bookings
• year-end closing tasks - preliminary calculation of Income tax / closing the books
• miscellaneous tasks given by Finance Director.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have a master degree in finance, minimum five years' experience in accounting/ audit and two years leadership experience. You also have good IT skills and are a proficient MS Office user, Navision knowledge is advantage. Moreover, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
As a person you are structured and a team player. You have good analytical thinking and great communication skills. You are a problem solver, quick learner and you have a high level of stress tolerance.
