At Akzo Nobel Industrial Finishes AB in Gamleby we have 170 people employed and we market, develop and produce paint for the coil coating industry. During 2011 we produced 27.000 tons of paint and 80% is exported to the global market.
We need to strengthen our finance department for a period of 6 months (to be decided if there will be a prolongation)
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for monthly closings activities, reporting and ad hoc reports. He/she will furthermore work with analyses and follow up on investments. The post also includes being a contact person towards auditors, tax authorities etc. He/she will help us develop routines and processes within accounting as well as support with forecasts and budget.
To be successful in this position you have a university degree within the economic field and 2-3 years of working experience (preferably within an audit firm). You need to have good skills in Excel. If you have experience of bigger ERP system, it is an advantage but not necessary. You have excellent communication, planning and organization skills and In addition to that, you need to be fluent in English. We also believe you have a keen interest in company?s business process improvement.
