Aurobay is looking for an Accounting manager. As a member of Aurobay 's finance team you are part of a journey of becoming a stand-alone company and creating excellence. Our main purpose is enabling business, through clear and supporting processes and cross functional collaboration. To proactively provide insightful, action-based analysis and recommendations to help guide the business and implement our strategy.
What will you do?
Role responsibilities:
Responsible for all accounting related questions and tasks
Quality assure accounting and provide analysis and recommendations to support the business
Responsible for financial reporting, follow up and analysis
Responsible for process and develop way of working including continuous improvements
Lead and coach the accounting team, inhouse and outsourced
Responsible for external audit and work related to annual report
Contribute to automation and reduce manual work
Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a bachelor's or Master 's degree in Finance or equivalent with experience from accounting in an international company.
Overall understanding of rules and regulations
Auditor background considered extra benefit
Holistic business understanding, result and performance management orientation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, future looking and solution-oriented approach toward business topics.
Good communication skills, networking skills as well as influencing skills
Project management and change management skills and recognized ambassador for digital ways of working
Showing integrity and courage to challenge in a constructive way
You like communication, and are a curious person with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking. You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You have positive attitude and want to be a part of the journey to build Aurobay, we hope that you'll join our journey.
