www.viktvaktarna.se Are you experienced within accounting and do you enjoy an interesting role with broad responsibility and a varied workday in an international company? ViktVäktarna is currently looking for an Accounting Manager to its office in Malmö. You will be managing an accounting team of 3 employees and report to the local Finance Manager.
Main responsibilities and tasks:
You will be responsible for maintaining the accounting procedures in the company. You will also, in cooperation with the local and global organization, play an integral role in developing the financial reporting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations Monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting processes Accounts reconciliation Maintain and update the accounting system (Oracle) Continuously work with improvement projects, analysis and support Responsible for audit and contact with auditors
Candidate profile The successful candidate has around five years of experience from similar roles in an international organization, or experience from an audit firm, and are accustomed to reporting and communication in English. You have a university degree in Accounting or similar and are proficient in English, both oral and written. You are a highly analytical and structured person with excellent detail orientation and great Excel skills.
As a person you are hands-on and proactive in managing yourself and the team. You are an open minded and communicative team player with high business acumen.
