As an Accounting Manager at Einride, you will manage and analyze financial records, set up internal processes, and be responsible for the group's consolidated reporting. As part of our central finance team, you'll play a key role in enabling Einride's growth, together with a team of other ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero.
Job description
Responsible for the group consolidation, as it grows in number of entities and markets, performing eliminations and adjustments under IFRS
Put new processes and controls in place - challenge and improve existing ones
Lead and handle the more technical aspects of accounting and drive related projects
Drive best practices within the finance function in regards to financial control, compliance, and up-to-date accounting standards
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end (including balance sheets, income statements, income tax, and tax filings)
Train and guide other accountants and staff by answering questions and providing instructions where needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience from working in a multinational environment and or scale-up
• 5 years of total work experience, a number of those years within audit
Experience and interest in consolidation and accounting principles
Strong knowledge of financial systems, as Einride is implementing a global ERP solution and consolidation tool
Proven track record of building lasting relationships and delivering on objectives
Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload optimally and delegate when necessary
Transfer pricing knowledge is a plus, but not a requirement
