You will lead the accounting function with responsibilities of producing a financial closing and all related reports. You will be the point of contact for external auditors as well as responsible for the adherence to external and internal financial rules and regulations. Your direct reports consists of experienced people, located in Karlskoga and Linköping. You are also responsible for the financial reporting across the entities, both international and Swedish, that are included in BA Dynamics,. You will report to the CFO of Business Area Dynamics.
Primarily, this position is located in Karlskoga. Business trips, mainly in Sweden but also internationally, are occurring when necessary.
Your profile
To be able to work independently in this role, we expect you to have a number of years of experience in the finance area, preferably in a larger organization. You have a university degree in Finance with advanced skills in accounting or the equivalent in experience. You are used to supporting the business in several areas and willing to walk an extra mile to get things done.
You have experience from managing people and having stakeholders from various functions. You complete your tasks with high quality and on time.
To be successful in the role we expect you to have good leadership skills and strong communication skills.
Due to the nature of the job, we are looking for a stable personality, capable to perform in a stressful, international environment.
Required skills
* Bachelor of Finance or similar
* Good general knowledge of Finance and ERP systems
* IFRS and Swedish GAAP accounting regulations
* Fluent in Swedish, verbal and written
* Good communication skills in English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Proven leadership skills
* Experience from larger corporations
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of Dynamics as one of the 6 Business Areas within Saab and also part of an experienced Finance Function with several reporting units, both nationally and internationally.
Dynamics is a business area that offers support weapons, missiles, torpedoes, sensors, unmanned underwater vehicles, camouflage systems and defense market training systems. The product portfolio also includes products for the civil security market, such as remote controlled underwater vessels for the oil industry and nuclear power plants.
