E.ON is looking for an Accounting Business Partner

Accounting is the central accounting function for all entities of E.ON in Sweden and the primary mission of the department is to secure financial compliance for quarterly reporting to the E.ON SE group in Germany and to produce annual reports for all legal entities.
The Accounting Business Partner has an important role to fulfill the mission with focus on being partner to the business and ensure the correct quarterly reporting
The role Accounting Business Partner includes but is not limited to:
Perform financial closing according to international and local accounting principles and produce annual reports
Act as the interface to external auditors
Act as partner to the CFO of the business unit for all accounting related topics.
Capture and coordinate Business demands with an accounting impact
Drive and participate in projects where accounting expertise is needed.
The role is located in Malmö.
In order to be successful in the role as Accounting Business Partner it's important that you have background and track record as an accountant combined with a profound knowledge about the energy industry. We expect you to have:
Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Proven experience of working with energy distribution in a regulated market
Extensive experience of IFRS and local GAAP
Profound knowledge of SAP
Advanced knowledge in excel
Documented experience of leading and/or coordinating projects
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish

You have a high degree of customer and service orientation and high integrity, with the ability to take a stand and be able to argue for your opinion. You should have the self-confidence to challenge current setups and processes with a clear ambition to develop the business. You promote team work across borders, have a clear focus on feedback and feel comfortable in managing situations characterized by uncertainty and ambiguity. As you will work with multidimensional interfaces it's vital that you're able to cooperate and interact with colleagues and partners on all levels in the organization.
