We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to our klient in Kista. This is a long assignment that will start immediately.

Arbetsuppgifter
Your responsibility will be to participate and drive projects within the master data area as well as participate and drive subprojects in connected areas. You will also actively work with improvements in the master data area including process development and support the unit internally as there will be a transformation of the ways of working.
The key activities for the Accounting Assistant is:
• participate in projects, small and big, for improving the business
• work with the integration of new companies entering the SAP environment
• involvement in the system development both internally and externally.
This position includes many contacts with local companies and also surrounding parts of the company.

Erfarenhet
To be successful in this roll you need to have following competence and personal skills:
• experience from Sourcing, Sales, Finance or Supply
• fluent in English, oral and written
• good competence in SAP
• good communication skills
• strong analytical and logical skills
• able to take initiatives
• willing to work in team
• drive both in projects and the daily operations
• service and quality minded, self driven and structured
• ability to see the total picture as we are serving the company globally.
