hela Sverige For our client we are looking for an Accounting assistant. The client is in this case a banking and finance company in Stockholm. This is a consultant assignment, which means that you are employed at Dfind Finance, and working out on assignment at our client.
Job Function: Responsibility for processing supplier invoices in electronic work-flow system to the verifier and approvers and back-up processing travel claims. You will run the payment process; reconcile the ledger and bank accounts monthly. Set-up new and maintain existing suppliers in the system Monitor and remind that suppliers invoices and travel claims will be approved in time. Verify coding of invoices before they are posted to the GL. Accruals and ledger bookings. Provide backup for others in AP function.
Required skills and experience desirable for resource:
• Graduate in Finance or equivalent
• Excellent Language skills in Swedish and English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required
• Min 2 year experience from job function specified above.
• VAT and Book keeping knowledge required.
