hela Sverige Is accounting and administration your thing? Are you a structured and accurate team player who is curious about digital tools and how they can help you in your work? Great! We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to our head office in Gothenburg! This is a substitute position, approximately nine months.
Your role in our team. You are part of our Finance department and the Accounting Transaction team, a team that works with the administration process - such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and/or e-commerce customer credit handling. As Accounting Assistant, you work with administration of systems, you are in contact with suppliers and our stores and you work with monthly closing procedures. You also support colleagues in the organisation when it comes to different accounting related questions.
This is a substitute position, starting as soon as possible, approximately nine months.

Higher studies within Economics, Finance, Business or similar
Previous work experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial transactions
Basic knowledge of accounting principals
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: experience from Microsoft Dynamics, Basware and/or Save Solution, experience from the retail industry
