In this role you will be responsible for VAT, intrastat, withholding tax and statistical reporting in a complex organizational structure. You will support all the Nordic countries internally and externally towards local tax authorities, hence excellent communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language is a requirement.
Your responsibilities
• VAT control and reporting
• Intrastat
• Environmental taxes
• ECS reporting
• Statistical reporting
• Customs reporting
• Social charges and withholding tax reporting
• Internal finance reporting for dormant organization
• Ad hoc contact with local Tax Authorities
Your team
You will be a part of a Nordic team, either based in Stockholm or Copenhagen, and report directly to the F&A Manager based in Copenhagen.

We are looking for a person who
• Is structured and organized
• Is able to independently plan and execute tasks
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can navigate in a complex organization and work with shared service centers and global hubs around the world
• Has experience with VAT reporting
• Is an experienced excel user
• SAP experience an advantage but not a requirement
Language skills:
Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language.
