hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Reporting Manager, to lead our financial reporting function and ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all financial operations. In this role, you will combine hands-on financial management with strategic oversight, driving efficient processes, high-quality reporting, and long-term business insights.
What You'll Do

Lead the accounting and reporting function in line with IFRS and regulatory standards

Drive robust financial controls, policies, and reporting processes

Oversee timely financial statements and audit activities
- Support the controlling function with accurate and timely input to the budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modelling

Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team
What You Bring
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

5+ years' experience in accounting/finance with leadership responsibilities

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and financial regulations

Experience with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial modelling

Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Swedish
