About the role
You task is to ensure a high level of service towards their customers both internal and external through secure and diligent handling of incoming payments, daily contact with both internal and external customers and timely and accurate financial reporting to internal customers.

Your main tasks will also include:
• Administration of accounts receivable including follow-up and reporting
• Act as a contact person towards our internal and external customers
• Take part in monthly closing of the financial the books and fiscal year end work processes for Accounts Receivable
• Take part in the quality process work for accounts receivable within Global Financial Services as well as being jointly responsible for local process information, checking current validity and updating as necessary
• Play an active part of the work of harmonizing and developing accounts receivable processes on a regional level
• Work as a member of the accounts receivable team providing support to AccRec colleagues as and when required

About you
It is preferable if you have a post-secondary education degree in Economics, Finance or in any other equivalent field. You have at least 5 years of work experience within the economic/financial field, preferably with some knowledge of accounts receivable.
You have excellent SAP/ERP skills. Good computer skills and working with IT-systems, and experience in Microsoft Office is required. As you will work in an international environment, you are fluent in English both oral and written. Swedish is meritorious.

You should have good analytical skills and work in a problem-solving manner. You plan your work in a structured and methodical way. You should also be able communicate openly and work in a collaborative way, helping others to succeed in their work

About the employment
The assignment as Accounting Administrator is a consultative assignment and you will get an employment in Adecco Sweden. This is a temporary position for one year with the possibility of extension for the right person. Start date is as soon as possible but no later than January 1st 2019.
