Accountant within salaries for one of the world's leading companies within electronics
MultiMind is looking for an Accountant within the area of salaries for one the world's most successful companies within electrnonics. This is initially a 4 month consultancy assignment with a good chance to recruitment.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for accounting of salaries and salary related costs for the company as a main area. The secondary area can vary, which means the higher demands on flexibility.
Back-up for other Financial Accountants within the Accounting teams, flexibility in the day-to-day work is required as new tasks can be assigned.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Proper accounting of all salary related costs in all four subsidiaries
• Good communication with our outsourcing partner regarding salaries and travel expenses
• Properly done monthly closing
• Improved routines and procedures within the accounting area
JOB SCOPE
• Upload salary costs via GHR to SAP monthly and solve issues regarding this.
• Upload correction files sent from Visma regarding travel expense claims.
• Make payment files to employees who have claimed travel expenses in MyFinance.
• Calculate and upload monthly bonus accruals for employees.
• Upload and clear pension accruals and vacation accruals for employees.
• Participate in the monthly closing regarding salary related accounts, and others if needed.
• Reconciliation of staff-related accruals
• Drive process improvement in the accounting area and participate in projects on an ad-hoc basis.
• Handle accounting part of salary process
• Actively cooperate with HR regarding salary process. To establish regular communication routine with all co-operation parts

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Academic degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years' experience from working with the entire salary process
• Minimum 5 years' experience from working with Accounting
• SAP knowledge/experience
• Experience from working in Nordic companies
