What we offer
As part of the Group Legal & Corporate Governance department, you will have the opportunity to push your own professional skills, develop yourself, grow and drive change.
In this function, you will work cross functionally, providing financial expertise and guidance in your teams in the legal area.
What you will do
In this role you will mainly be responsible for the accounting for the areas Legal, IP and Compliance & Ethics. This includes full responsibility for the administration of legal costs.
You will work in close collaboration with the legal team in Gothenburg, as well as members of the Finance, Treasury, and other parts of the organization and related entities.
More in details you'll manage:
End-to-end processing of supplier invoices, including purchase orders
You will take the accounting perspective solving ad hoc queries
User support and admin of our invoice management system
Further you will also be covering the financial reporting in monthly closings, such as cost tracking, accruals, forecasting and support our external audits. And you will actively contribute to the improvement and standardization of current processes and new implementations.
Who you are
We are looking for you who take accountability, both for your own direct area of responsibility and the success of a team. Further, you are service minded, focus on getting things done with structure and detail orientation. You enjoy identifying improvement areas and embrace change, and meeting deadlines is for you matter of course.
As a person, you are curious and have a strong drive to push things over the finishing line. Because the department manages strategic and sensitive matters, integrity is natural for you.
We believe you have education in Finance, Business Administration or Economics, with several years of experience in operational finance or accounting - preferably in an international business.
Further your skills include:
Experience in financial ERP systems, preferable SAP, and daily use of Excel
Invoice and purchase order handling and payment processes
Working proficiency in English
Proven ability to be a self-starter with analytical skills and experience in developing solutions within the finance area
